With a focus on optimal alignment, postural awareness, and proper stretching techniques, these classes are great for beginners, athletes, pregnancy, or experienced yogis who want
to incorporate more balance into their practice.
You will build awareness, help body stability, flexibility, and strength, keeping the spine and joints supple, and helping you feel, and perform better in your everyday activities.
Hands on assistance and modifications will be offered to maximize safe and informed range of motion.
Practice can be modified for managing injuries and limitations.
