We love having Teens and Tweens in our regular yoga classes!
There are no age restrictions to attendance at our classes, we just politely ask that there is no disturbance to others.
A series of classes specifically for Teens are Tween are offered throughout the year. These classes use a dynamic mix of yoga and discussion to encourage and empower, to develop greater self-esteem and resiliency, and to better manage stress.

Participants will learn:
• how to be more comfortable in their own bodies
• how to increase inner strength and self-acceptance
• healthy ways to cope with stress
• how to think positively and use positive self-talk
And we'll have fun!
As well, as keeping bodies strong and flexible we provide ample time for reflection and deep relaxation.
No yoga experience is required.
